Our services & approach.

Q: What kind of financial advice do you provide?

A: We provide comprehensive financial advice tailored to your personal goals. This includes areas such as retirement planning, superannuation strategies, investment management, personal insurance (life, income protection), and cash flow coaching.

Q: Who do you typically work with?

A: We work with a diverse range of clients, but we often find we can provide the most value to young professionals establishing their careers, families planning for the future, and individuals approaching or transitioning into retirement.

Q: What does being a "boutique" firm mean?

A: To us, "boutique" means personalised, dedicated service. We are not a large, impersonal institution. We maintain a select number of clients to ensure we can build strong, long-term relationships and provide advice that is deeply attuned to your individual needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Q: Do you have your own Australian Financial Services License (AFSL)?

Getting started.

Q: How do I start working with you?

A: The process is simple:

  1. Book an Initial Chat: Use our online booking form to find a time that suits you.

  2. Discovery Meeting: We'll have a complimentary, obligation-free meeting to discuss your goals and see if we are a good fit for each other.

  3. Proposal: If we agree to move forward, we will provide you with a clear proposal outlining our recommended services and the associated fees.

Q: What happens during the initial consultation?

A: The first meeting is a relaxed conversation for us to get to know you and for you to ask any questions you have. We'll explore what you want to achieve financially and explain our process in more detail. There is no cost or commitment involved.

Q: What should I bring to our first meeting?

A: For the initial discovery meeting, you don't need to bring anything except yourself and your questions. It's about the conversation. If you decide to become a client, we will provide you with a list of documents we'll need to develop your financial plan.

Fees & costs.

Q: How do you charge for your services?
